English county of Wiltshire threatens flooding

First, with the help of Google Earth I found the county of Wiltshire. I was hoping to find a connection with the geography of the area. Such a relationship was found.

Clearly visible from the river with three branches. In the figure, it looks beautiful. At the ends of branches are small round objects. Their meaning can be understood if we consider the following picture.

These strange faces allow us to identify a picture with a real object - a river in the county of Wiltshire. After this point the picture becomes clear - we are talking about the future of heavy flooding. The authors drew two of these rivers ... that is, increase the volume of water at least twice.
